Cupcake

Whenever I get sad...

I always find myself eating raw cupcake mixture.

It really does help make me feel better, and also happens to be a good remedy to "night-before-embarrassment-syndrome", just incase you were thinking "Ew Gross".
And it's flipping delicious!
Here is my cupcake in a cup recipe, that you can eat cooked or raw, whichever you prefer.

Cupcake In A Cup:

4 Tablespoons Flour (not self raising!)
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Large Egg

3 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
3 Tablespoons Milk
A Dash of Vanilla Essence

1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large coffee mug
2. Add egg and mix well
3. Stir in liquid ingredients until mixture is smooth and gooey
4. Microwave at 100% power for 2:30 to 3 minutes

If you have Milo on hand:
 Add four heaped teaspoons of milo and and extra tablespoon of milk (before cooking) for extra chocolatey taste.

If you want a vanilla cake, substitute the cocoa for flour.

DO NOT be alarmed if cupcake rises out of the cup, it supposed to do that :)

Serve warm, or with Ice Cream and
Enjoy :)


P.S If you're going to eat this raw, I would recommend making only half the mixture.
